What and Who
Send us an email telling us if you need proofreading or copyediting. If you’re not sure which one is needed, send us an email anyway. We’d be glad to help you figure it out. Include information on what you need edited/proofread and who the copy is intended for.

Options, Options...
We will send you an email with options and a quote. We then agree on what you would like done and the financial terms. Then, we can get moving and decide on your client spec. (Note: If you want basic proofreading, we will skip the next step. The following step is for copyediting.)

Client Spec
We will send you a quick and simple questionnaire. We’ll ask for info about your company and your website links. We’ll ask about your desired tone and style for your content. We’ll find out the details we need to capture your professional voice. We’ll also find out if you need extra research conducted or information added.

Work Begins
Once the Client Spec has been refined, we get busy shaping your material according to your tone and style. We’ll get it to you by the deadline.

2 x Reverts
Once you’ve checked the work, you have the option of two reverts. You can send the work back twice: once for a major edit and once for a minor edit.

It's All Yours
Once you’re happy with the work, it’s all yours! You can publish or use it as you see fit. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your content speaks to your audience in the best possible way. And, you’ll be saved the embarrassment of unprofessional grammatical mistakes.
